Applications: Financial acumen is particularly vital for roles like CFOs, accountants, and financial analysts. However, it's also a valuable skill for leaders across various functions who must make financially prudent choices to support their teams and the overall business.

Business Acumen:

Definition: Business acumen is a broader competency that encompasses a deep understanding of how an entire business operates. It includes knowledge of market dynamics, competitive forces, customer behavior, industry trends, and the overall business environment.

Key Focus: Business acumen extends beyond financial matters. It centers on grasping the holistic view of an organization, making strategic decisions to drive growth, identifying new opportunities, and understanding the dynamics of the market in which the company operates.
